01 · The India-made case

What's the minimum order for custom silver coins with a company logo?

20pieces. A logo coin is die-struck, so it needs a one-time steel die cut from your artwork — once that tool exists, twenty coins or two hundred strike from the same die, and the per-coin cost only settles above a minimum run. Order in 999 fine silver, hallmarked and weight-certified, or silver-plated for larger runs. Both carry the same logo, struck in relief rather than printed on.

Search results for logo coins lean heavily to US mints, whose weights, hallmarking and shipping do not translate to an Indian gifting brief. We make in Delhi NCR: priced in rupees by the gram, hallmarked to the Indian standard, and delivered on your festival or event date. The coin sits alongside our IPO commemoratives and BFSI client gifts — the same die-struck discipline, sized to a coin.

Where the run is solid metal, it is genuine 999 pure silver — not a coated shell — and the weight certificate lets a recipient verify the gram content a decade on. It is why we treat coin runs with the same rigour as the rest of our corporate gifting studio.

999 fine silver or silver-plated — which coin is right?

Three formats, one die-struck logo. The choice is metal value against run size: solid 999 for the leadership tier, plated for the wider team, a bespoke medallion where the coin is the whole gift.

01 · Everyday runs

Silver-plated logo coin

Brass or alloy core, heavy silver plating

Your logo die-struck into a plated blank, mirror or antique finish. Weight-independent pricing makes it the economical route for large employee, event and delegate runs — the gesture of a silver coin without the bullion cost.

03 · How we work

How are logo coins made — from artwork to strike?

Five steps, 7–12 working days from artwork approval. The die is cut once and reused for every future re-order at no further tooling charge.

Send your logo
  1. Step 1

    Artwork & brief

WhatsApp your logo as vector — .AI, .EPS or vector .PDF. We confirm it is strike-ready or redraw it to vector, and agree weight, purity and quantity (from twenty pieces).

  2. Step 2

    Die quote

We quote the one-time die against your final artwork, plus the per-coin price by weight. Nothing is cut until you approve. Quotes lock for 14 days.

  3. Step 3

    Die-cut & strike sample

The steel die is cut and a first strike is sampled for sign-off — relief depth, lettering, finish. This is your last look before the run.

  4. Step 4

    Strike & hallmark

The run is struck, finished, and the 999 coins hallmarked with a signed weight certificate. Silver-plated coins are plated and finished to the same face.

  5. Step 5

    Box & dispatch

Velvet-boxed or carded per the brief, then hand-delivered across NCR or couriered pan-India, insured — planned backwards from your event date.

04 · Weight-transparent pricing

How much does a custom silver coin cost?

999 coins are priced by the gram against the day's silver rate; plated coins by size and finish. A one-time die charge is quoted per artwork. Corporate runs open from ₹1,500 a piece, GST extra. Quotes lock for 14 days.

How soon can custom silver coins be ready?

Industry standard is 7–12 working days after artwork approval. A clean vector file is the single biggest thing that keeps it to the shorter end.

Day 0

Artwork approved

Strike-ready vector signed off. The 7–12 working-day clock starts here, not at first enquiry.

Day 1–3

Die cut

Hardened steel die cut from your paths; first strike sampled for relief and lettering sign-off.

Day 4–9

Strike & hallmark

Run struck and finished; 999 coins hallmarked with a signed weight certificate.

Day 10–12

Box & dispatch

Boxed or carded, then same-day across NCR or insured courier pan-India to your event date.

06 · Case study · 2025

“One die, two metals, one deadline.”

A Gurugram technology firm briefed us in 2025 for a founding-anniversary gift: a single logo, struck across two tiers. Twenty 999 fine silver coins at 20g each for the leadership, hallmarked and weight-certified, and two hundred and thirty silver-plated coins for the wider team — the same die on both.

The vector logo arrived clean, so the die was cut and sampled inside three days. The full run of 250 coins was struck, hallmarked, boxed and delivered in eleven working days from approval. The die is filed under the client's name — next year's re-order reuses it with no tooling charge, and only the silver rate of the day changes the quote.

07 · Frequently asked

The questions buyers ask before ordering logo coins.

Send your logo on WhatsApp and we will tell you, before quoting, whether it is strike-ready and what the die will take.

The minimum order is 20 pieces — a corporate MOQ 20 — for a die-struck run carrying your logo. That threshold exists because a custom logo needs its own tool: once the die is cut, striking twenty coins or two hundred uses the same tool, so the per-coin economics only settle above a minimum run. Below twenty pieces we would point you to a hand-engraved single medallion instead, which is priced as a one-off commission rather than a struck run.
